My name is Chrissy, I’m in my 40s, and lately I'd been feeling rundown. I work long days and recently started to notice myself ageing. A lot. Tired, dead skin, dark circles under my eyes, large pores and even breakouts: I was getting it all. I hated looking at myself in the morning, and I hated looking at old photos of myself from when I was younger and had glowing peachy skin. Where did it go? How did I lose it?

I tried to bring my skin back by using every new product I could. They all claimed positive results and most of them were very expensive, but I never really noticed any difference and eventually gave up. And then one night, I was having a drink with a girlfriend of mine who works at one of the best cosmetic clinics in the city and I was hoping she should give me some advice.
